Short version: this site does not track you, set cookies or collect anything through forms. If you email us, we use your message to reply and to do the work you ask for. We never sell personal information.

What we collect

Emails you send us: whatever you choose to include. The company that hosts this site (Vercel) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you.

Cookie policy

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to provide and bill for services we agree on, and to keep business records the law requires.

Who helps us handle it

Vercel hosts this website. Google (Gmail) receives and stores our email. We use AI tools from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) in our work, so material you share with us may be processed by them. All of these may store or process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We do not share personal information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and as long as tax law requires (in Canada, generally six years).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, where the law allows. We respond within 30 days. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
